Our floor plans at Villages of Island Park were thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and usable space for you to live and enjoy! Choose from spacious one or two bedroom townhomes featuring designer kitchens, two-car garages, a private entrance, and plenty of outdoor green space.

We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Utilities are individually metered, and we take care of all snow removal and landscaping. Our one-time fees include the following:

$50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
$175 Administrative Fee, per household, due with application. Nonrefundable
$300 Deposit, per household, once your application is approved.
$300 pet fee if you plan on bringing a furry friend.
