Our floor plans at Villages of Island Park were thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and functional space for you to live and enjoy! Choose from spacious one- or two- bedroom townhomes featuring upscale finishes, premium flooring, a kitchen island, quartz countertops and designer baths. Enjoy the added benefits of two-car garages, a private entrance, and plenty of outdoor green space.

We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Utilities are individually metered, and we take care of all snow removal and landscaping. Our one-time fees include the following:

$50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
$175 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable
$500 Deposit, per household, due with application fees.
$300 pet fee if you plan on bringing a furry friend.
